It may come as a surprise that the Plymouth badge has appeared on a variety of trucks over the years, says auto historian Bill Vance but Plymouth's Chrysler connection allowed it to develop its own versions of Dodge trucks and vans.

 Nice little piece of automotive history...thanks...That '41 Plymouth Pickup is really beautiful...When you mention side valve 6 cylinder...would it be basically the same engine in use up 'til 1961, when the great slant six overhead valve engine made it's debut  Thanks again   dragonfly
