Maybe a name like "New and Upcoming Models" would make more sense then updating the year all the time.

It does say 08+, so in my mind it does cover 09 and 10.

I think it would be difficult to program the update for a free text field.  I think Sir O and DemoX have it right.  Keep the title generic enough so that it applies to any year.
