With the future of Saab (in North America, as part of GM, and in any form) uncertain, the Swedish company has pumped out an Outback-like car.  I could imagine this being popular in Canada and New England.  Comments?





It comes with the 210-horsepower turbo four and XWD (which is what we'd see in North America if it's brought over) or a 180-horsepower diesel and FWD.

New England for sure but for SAAB for Canadians, I think not.

I'm not crazy about the lower-body two-tone effect, but otherwise I like it. But, how is it different from the regular 9-3 wagon? It doesn't look obviously jacked up like an Outback.

I'm sure SAAB would sell a few in Canada, but I don't see it being a game-changer for them. It would probably just steal a few sales from the regular 9-3.

Subaru Canada still sells regular Legacy wagons here, so I don't think our situation is the same as in the U.S., where it seems people won't buy a wagon unless it's jacked up like a CUV.

Saab was SAAB before GM took over. Now it just badge engineering. The concept that killed GM.

They look great but people have lotsa complaints after driving em.
