A couple of my friends climb peaks carrying parasails with them, and then fly off the summit.  It's on my list of stuff to do...

:o wow! that's extreme! I'll bet that guy had more "fun" doing that then anyone would have in any car at any speed on that road he almost crashed into... :)

Looks like the qualifying  event for the Darwin awards to me.

I wonder why they lose the skis. I wouldn't think that the aerodynamics would be hurt by the skis

Disposable skis?

Looks like a lot of fun ... but not for the likes of me tho, beer bottom heavy and easily get dizzy over flying objects seen outside of a monitor/tv.

Yeah, it's Norway. That road looks like the Trollstigen (Trolls' Road) to me. I've driven it a couple of times, but in nothing more sporty than a Ford Focus. Truly incredible scenery over there.
