This is absolutely wonderful.  With the US government failing to even take care of the basic needs of disabled vets, not to mention helping them adjust back into civilian life, it's wonderful to see a car company stepping up and helping fill the void.  Performance driving school not only helps them more fully appreciate how to use the modified controls of these vehicles, and see some of the things they can do instead of dwelling on what they can no longer do, but it could also introduce many of these vets to a new hobby--which in turn could help stave off some of the emotional problems that disabled vets are in danger of developing.

I'd love to see BMW and/or other car companies step up and make this sort of complimentary performance driving school for disabled vets a regular occurrence.

Great idea BMW.

Choosing a car based on reliability is like choosing a wife based solely because she is punctual. There is more to it than that...
