It seems to me that this thread has been gone over before. Is there not a limit to the ratio of diesel..gasolene...aviation fuel...tar etc. that can be produced from a barrel of oil. So that, if this is the case, then higher volumes of diesel will not be available. Is diesel not used for heating homes here too... maybe that this is not so in Europe possibly thereby making more diesel available for transportation there.
If the above is true, not known to be so by me, then how can a different product mix, in favour of more diesel be achieved.
