Saw this over the weekend in Merritt of all places.  Looks to be in reasonable shape:

These I like.  At least I have the Corgi Golden Jacks version, about all I can afford   :rofl2:

A friend of mine has one of these - great cars. There was also a 3500 with a 3.5L V8 engine. They can be bought quite inexpensively but the rear inboard brakes are a bear to change and with the bolt on body panels they rust from the inside out.

My old man bought a second hand one when he retired he had "always wanted a Rover"   I think he'd always wanted a proper Rover, a Rover 90 or 110, but whatever he bought this 2000 which was in good condition bodyshell wise but.... it was one the UK ones that had a 11.5 to 1 compression and required 5 star petrol ( 101 octane IIRC)  and of course the 5 star just been phased out.  I think that he retarded the ignition so it would run or replaced the distributor or some bodge like that  as redoing the engine was too expensive.   I was in Canada at the time and did not keep in touch with this in any detail.
