Yeah $400 sounds too goot o be true... :P

Sorry.... or maybe I should say congratulations? :) .... that you're moving.

I guess it would depend on your tolerance for risk, but something that sounds too good to be true.......

I once hired AMJ Campbell to move. They were okaaay. The movers worked hard, but one of the movers scratched 3 pieces of furniture rushing and was very defensive about it.

Given my future profession I better have at least some appetite for risk... ;D

I guess my home insurance policy won't cover damages while moving? Wishful thought.

Thankfully my stuff isn't worth anything, so I don't care much if they scratch things. :P
But really for the amount I would save vs. more professional movers, I could rebuy almost everything I need them to move!
You can't just have your characters announce how they feel.
That makes me feel angry!

Neat career choice! :)

Well, I'd suggest to check those movers out a little further... I've always found paying less & not getting satisfactory service left me saying "never again" much more than paying more than I needed but getting satisfactory service.

AMJ Campbell gave me an estimate for $1136 + 5% GST....might just run with that. :)

Thanks for the help everyone.
