Hey, this looks pretty cool! Kudos to Ford for their work on various special edition vehicles.

Something for Railton?

Ford adds Sport package to Edge

Dale Jewett
AutoWeek
February 5, 2008 - 1:15 pm ET

Ford sharpens its Edge crossover with a new Sport package for the 2009 model year, which adds a body kit, interior-trim upgrades and 40-series Pirelli Scorpion Zero tires on standard 20-inch or optional 22-inch wheels. Front and rear light lenses get a smoked tint.

Ford will unveil the Sport at the Chicago auto show this week.

The body kit includes a front air dam with fog lights, side skirts and a rear bumper skirt, all finished in body color. That color palette is limited to blue, black, silver and red.

Inside, the Edge Sport gets leather-trimmed seats with suedelike inserts, leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob and an etched-metal look on the center stack in the instrument panel. The Edge Sport is on sale this fall.
