I have a car which is already insured. I would like to purchase  another car for my wife and also had her has a second driver. she is a fully license drive but never had any insurance. Should I buy a car first then add her on the insurance or visa-versa or does it matter. anyone that can help please respond. thank u in advance

I don't think timing of purchase of car will matter except for the extra insurance carrying cost of 2 cars, it is your wife's lack of any insurance experience will be the factor in high cost of insurance for her.
Adding her as a second driver to your car for year prior to purchase of a car where she will be the primary driver may be more cost effective. Talk to your agent, they should be able to guide/provide cost #’s
