Hey man,
I am not a fan of TOYO tires, or any domestic tires. If you want an AWESOME winter tire, go for the Nokkian Hakka 2s. They were by far the BEST winter tire I have ever used! They will run you at about $215 a piece, but you should be able to get atleast 60000-80000KMS out of them, therefore using them for 3-5 winters.
LOTS of Import cars use em, Subaru used to put them on their Rally cars during snowy road/ winter rallies.
Good luck!
