Picking up new car...

So this looks like it might go through, when I go pick up the car what else should i expect other than the price of the car ? what upsells ? I really dont need anything intend to take the vin and transfer insurancee and plate from my old car to the new one.... will the dealer try to sucker me into anything already agreed on car price etc...

What do you think he'll try to do?  Rustproofing, undercoating, paint protection and scotchgard and the main ones.  Pass on all 4 and save the 800 bucks.
