If he/she "ignored" you when you were trying to contact them or do something, I would wonder how professional they were. If they "ignored" you while you were away making a decision, I would say they did the right thing. I hate a salesperson who constantly calls me when I'm thinking something over. I'll get back to them, they don't need to call me daily.

If you don't like car washing, get the titanium.

Go to another dealer..
If they are like this even though you haven't bought the car yet, just imagine when you have warranty work to be done....

Pretty shoddy service and you haven't even bought it yet. Maybe just a lazy salesperson or maybe the whole place is like that. It would bother me also. Hopefully the service dept is a bit more on their toes.

Approval should be VERY fast, sounds like they aren't interested in selling you a car (no stock maybe?) or you weren't approaved.....

heh... I think you might be right on the no stock issue....prob will take a bit of time to get the car in......

Another thing that happened is when I called in the bus mgr said he had my credit approval in the system but it hadn't come in yet, yet this guy finally called me back today and said he didnt have one...seems like they were posturing to make sure that I kept my business lol.... oh well...

You should be able to walk into a dealer (even on a saturday) get financing, and drive home with a car (assuming it's in stock) in less than an hour.

They are stalling for some reason.  Move on and get a better price elsewhere as well probably.
