What is the best place to advertise the sale of a rusty 1988 Acura Integra? The Vancouver Sun, Buy and Sell, or another paper?

I'd recommend the Buy and Sell over the Sun, I don't even bother checking the Sun anymore since every call I made revealed a car that wasn't worth my time to visit.  I'm not saying yours is like that, just other buyers might be less inclined to read the Sun too.

Since your car's an Integra you can try posting at www.revscene.net as well, an import car board, (free) registration required.

And I think everyone else mentioned the sources I (a current buyer) would look at...
