It's actually a very handsome sub-compact sedan.  I like it.  This new Versa is basic, no-frills transportation, and its not pretending to be anything that it isn't. 

You get some decent and reasonable creature comforts, modern safety tech, and it should be pretty reliable, to boot.

That is a lot of car for under $20k.

 I'd sooner have this than the Kicks with the same powertrain.

 I like the mini Sentra styling.

Likewise.  The Versa uses about 10% less fuel on the highway.

Plus, you can still get the Versa with a manual.
