I've toyed with the idea of getting one of these. Lots of fun for not a pile of money.

The biggest turnoff is those super ugly two tone seats they all have. Blech.

I took a test drive in one. I don't know what the seats looked, only that I wasn't comfortable in them.

Until the Civic R came along, this and the GTI were beating each other up to be the king of the FWD hot rod.  I like the boy racer looks of this and the Focus.

You sure you aren't thinking of the Focus ST?  That was a closer match to the GTI than the Fiesta ST IMO.....
How fast is my 911?  Supras sh*t on on me all the time...in reverse..with blown turbos  :( ...

The performance of the Fiesta was right on the heels of the GTI, I considered it a "budget" GTI.
