A Firebird Formula 400 (it's a real 400 dressed up to look like an Esprit) in that shape is a $20K car all day long.  A $115K car?  Nope, nope, nope.

That's why the price was so high.  I'd say it added $80K-90K just for that.  Honestly, if I was a collector and had baller dough, I'd have paid that.  Very cool car to have.
