One time when getting the oil change on the GTI I asked the dealer if they would re-code my lights so I had fogs as DRL and change the FTP settings. They said, sorry we can't as it would void the warranty on the lights. Ya, ok. I just got the guy who did my +1 tune to do it for me.

When the Corolla was pretty new and under warranty, it sucked a plastic bag into the blower motor.  It took three visits for the dealer to finally open it up.  FML.  I told them over and over that there was an issue with the blower motor and they needed to open it.

That was when I knew that there was no way I'd have them doing anything other than necessary warranty work.
