Looking at this again & that is one sweet deal!! You're taking way less of a hit on the car & when you go to sell/trade it in a few years, it will be a low mileage 2017, still holding a decent value. The extra warranty included is great as well, gives you piece of mind for 4yrs... and we all know you'll get rid of it in 2 - 3  :stick:

Nice find!!! Ad says automatic, but it's clearly a manual in the pictures!! I have toyed with the idea of getting one of these to replace the 951... but I'd rather spend the money on a 911  ;D  And the boys can buy their own f'n car when they get old enough   Actually Bella's son is saving up for a car, he'll be 17 in December and is almost ready to get his G2 license... so I'll help him car shop. He wants a riced out Civic, but I'm pushing him towards a champagne Corolla    Actually I found a sweet AWD Matrix for him... he wasn't too interested... kinda like our Captain Chaos here  :rofl2:

Possibly a scam listing? No license plates, somewhat weird description, mislabelled, and the price seems a bit low.

Congrats!  Here's hoping your FGC experience is better than the last time........dammit...that was you wasn't it?  Smokin' deal anyway, I doubt you could walk into a Ford dealer and get $12,000 off a leftover 2017 Mustang GT, and it will depreciate harder straight off the lot.

Saw a 4 dr 4/3 (?) series X-drive in Wpg last Saturday...and I can see why a person wouldn't give 2 shitts about it being FGC.  Fack, what a pretty car.  It was plain old white...but fack me - I almost went back and touched it.  Almost had a Me2 moment...assaulting someone else's ride.

I'm hoping the car gods will even out my total sh!t experience last time with a good one this time.  Taking delivery on Friday afternoon if all goes according to plan!

congrats.

turbo 6 has been around a while, so hopefully it's reliable for you.  otherwise, relatively simple car, and sport exhaust on those sounds awesome for straight six (and turbo at that!).

looking forward to the pic!

Big day is tomorrow and a late developing twist.  The gently used tires and wheels they found for me will not fit!  Apparently they are scraping the large front rotors.  So I go back telling them that was the secret ingredient that sealed the deal for me and he says to leave it with him.  He called back to say they had winter wheels that came in from a 3 series that will fit and got some new tires for just under $600.  I ask him what kind of winter tires did they get for $600 and it was something I had never heard of, so I wasn't fussy about driving around all winter on some crappy tires that would send me into a ditch at some point.  He mentioned the winter tire size and it dawned on me that they were the same size as the new Michelin X-Ice I just put on the Golf.  I ask him if they can switch the Golf tires onto the rims they got.  Sure enough that's what I am doing now.  So I get good free winter tires and wheels, so another $600 to the good on this deal!

Awesome!

Who are all these suckers trading in their cars with extra wheels and tires that the dealer likely values at zero though?

This one has to be good...it's all been FGClucky so far.  Sweet price, wheels and tires...with all that happy, what could possibly go wrong!

BTW - we will want to hear that exhaust note...a couple minutes of video going through the gears will do, thank you.

I have done this when the new car uses different sizes from the old.  Certainly can't be bothered to sell the winters separately.   Maybe I'll put them up on the forum buy and sell next time.
