Bought a used car and found out it has a lot fo problems with it (explains the cheap price). I have a list of what is needed and I was wondering if somebody could tell me what repairs I should focus on getting done first, being the most dangerous issues, and reasonable price points for those repairs. Thank you :).

ISSUES (not pictured):
FRT BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS
REAR BRAKE SHOES
3 EMER. CABLES
RIGHT WHEEL BEARING
REAR GLASS HINGE
REPLACE BULBS OF 3 HIGH MOUNT BRAKE LIGHTS, 1 FOG LIGHT
REAR WIPER BLADE

Was this car sold as "safetied"?

How long ago did you buy it?  Private deal or dealer?

Wheel bearing and brake pads/rotors/shoes would be numero uno as those are actual safety devices. As for 3 brake cables.....there is usually only two. The bulbs and wiper blades are something you could do on the driveway for next to nothing with the help of youtube.
Lighten up Francis.....

It was not safetied when I bought it, it was a private deal set up by my brother with his coworker.

Perfect, thank you, do you know around how much the brake pads/rotors/shoes should be roughly? I'm getting the bearing done for free.

Brake parts would be a few hundred bucks from rockauto.com....as for labour. No idea, depends to whom you go to.
