F-150 gets sandwiched between two semis - Winnipeg

Two people were sent to hospital with non-life threatening injuries following a collision on the south perimeter.

It happened before 11:30 a.m. Monday west of Waverley. Listeners tell us a pick-up truck was sandwiched between two semis and it folded up like an accordion.

RCMP say it happened in a construction zone.

Huh.  Well the cab is remarkably intact.  Two VERY lucky occupants of that pickup truck. 

Had it been a Nissan Micra, I don't think the results would have been as favourable.
