The base model has all the goodies you would want, 6 spd manual, LSD and rear wheel drive....who asked for this??

Base is the only way to go with this car, and then use $$ for mods.

i bet they sell hardly any stick in this package... the kind of buyer who wants this car AND drives stick would never pay extra for flash... as mentioned, the coin would go toward hp upgrades.

these will all be people who think they need something sportier than their civic si coupe and opt for this "beast"

A RWD sports coupe is definitely sportier than a FWD one.
How fast is my 911?  Supras sh*t on on me all the time...in reverse..with blown turbos  :( ...

precisely my point!

it's not a bad thing... just saying that isn't really a step in the right direction for the fr-s... more dialing back the performance-first type impression.
