Another great Pritch review!!

Quote
The headlights are notable, too. Shoppers mightn’t get to see how these work on a test drive if the sun’s out, but when it’s not, they may not even realize it. The xenon projectors positively flood the road ahead, and the treeline beside, with illumination as bright as a nearby lighting strike. A washer system keeps the lenses clear at all times, and they’re among the best headlights your writer has ever used for safety and reducing late-night eye fatigue.
:iagree:
...and the, according-to-Pritch thin A-pillars sound delightful.

I think quality concerns and perhaps gangsta-esque image are the only two issues that need to be sloughed off.

...I also checked out the video - great (and love the scarf)!!!  And good point about winter tires even with an off-road capable SUV in the winter!

Excuse me sirs, but the Range Rover in this article has dirt and grime on it and that is not realistic as that does not happen in the real world. Please see to it that your pictures do not twist reality in the future.  ;)

Great article, Justin! This would be a fantastic ride for a family road trip.

But they do get dirty in their home country towing horse trailers away from the local point-to-point meets, leaving the parking at Silverstone or Brands hatchand stuff like that.   Good gluelike UK mud.

Real Rangies and Land Rovers have diesel engines.

Not keen on the new front end.

Beyond exclusivity I don't see what a Land Rover brings to the market that a Grand Cherokee can't deliver.

The G.C. Pentastar V6 delivers 295-hp, 262-lb f without a turbo or super charger and decent fuel economy.

The G.C. also offers a diesel.

Way more room, for one thing.

Yep, the GC is tiny compared to the RR, RRS or LR4. I sat in a GC recently and was surprised at how small it seemed inside.

That said, friends bought a 2014 RR with the supercharged engine, and it has been a lemon. Constant electrical gremlins and it's been in the shop a lot. They love it when it's working but probably wouldn't get another.

Not keen on the new front end.

And of course the Range Rover badge of honour, which is very important in some neighbourhoods.

Though agree the Grand Cherokee is sweet.
I love it when a plan comes together.
