Clearly a concept as evident by the interior. University engineering dept around the globe can build a one off electric car with plenty of power.

As impressive as the numbers are the real challenge lies in the sales of a viable electric car. A car at a competitive price with performance, distance and low to moderate cost of ownership.

Tesla coming the closest so far.

I think the last three items you mentioned have been nailed to various degrees by various companies (especially Tesla). The first, however....

Yes I agree to an extent. Tesla just needs to do this for the average consumer <$30K option to fit the complete bill.
