"with BC’s largely renewable electricity grid, its method of production is simply much cleaner than that for compressed hydrogen in the province right now.
In fact, any hydrogen used for vehicles in BC right now is produced in Quebec and trucked to BC.  Since that's utterly stupid from an environmental standpoint, it's why Whistler recently got rid of their fleet of hydrogen-fueled transit buses.

"Vehicles model year 2000 or older emit up to 60 times more emissions than later models..."
Claims such as this have been appearing for many years, such as to justify "AirCare" programs.  Just try to find proof that backs up such claims.  I had a 1990 car with EFI that breezed through AirCare, and got 40+mpg highway.  I was unable to find information to prove just how dirty it was.
And some cretins think I hate cars.
