Any thoughts on a 2005 G35X AWD sedan with almost 140k on the odo?

Asking price at a local Nissan dealer is $11,400. Has leather, smart key and remote starter. Winter and summer tires too. Any concerns with reliability? I know that it's a gas hog...probably similar to my Ranger 4x4, but in premium.

I wouldn't be too concerned with it having 140k on it, the VQ is a really strong engine.  What packages does it have on it?  Navi?  Your passengers will love the reclining rears seats.

No sunroof so it does not have the premium package. Limited slip differential is listed. No NAVI since this option requires the premium package.

Would you be able to stretch just a little further to get an 07 MY?  The 07s and above have a much nicer interior than the 1st gen along with more options and more power.  Just a quick search in my area brought up this as an example.

Yep. 07+ is a major upgrade for the interior.
