Any thoughts on a 2005 G35X AWD sedan with almost 140k on the odo?

Asking price at a local Nissan dealer is $11,400. Has leather, smart key and remote starter. Winter and summer tires too. Any concerns with reliability? I know that it's a gas hog...probably similar to my Ranger 4x4, but in premium.

Dave

I wouldn't be too concerned with it having 140k on it, the VQ is a really strong engine.  What packages does it have on it?  Navi?  Your passengers will love the reclining rears seats.   :)

No sunroof so it does not have the premium package. Limited slip differential is listed. No NAVI since this option requires the premium package.

Would you be able to stretch just a little further to get an 07 MY?  The 07s and above have a much nicer interior than the 1st gen along with more options and more power.  Just a quick search in my area brought up this as an example.

Yep. 07+ is a major upgrade for the interior.
