I am currently deciding on a 328d or 328i wagon. With all the nice stuff it is $61k for the diesel before taxes and freight / PDI.
The pricing seems decent but as always the devil is in the details (or should I say option pricing) That 41900 250hp AWD model looks good but does it turn into 50K+ once it's "well equipped"?

option pricing will be an issue but at the same time where else are you going to run if you want a premium wagon without ponying up the $80k for an E-Class? I might be forgetting something but I don't think there are any other contenders.
3 series Touring is 50-something I think
