Would make passing on 2 lane roads "interesting" 

I think our politicians are pretty lame and then I read about what some of the EU idiots get up to!  ::)

How long before some clever guy makes the car equivalent of Google glass that lets the camera only see signs with 140 Km/H on them...about a week I'd guess.
