Don't tell me about the value and the size of this thing. Ford screw up both Taurus and Fusion and the both cars now are not mainstream, at least here up in Canada...They are too big and expensive for the ordinary families. The most sold Ford cars now are the other, smaller duo Focus and Fiesta. That's it.

Not really sure what you mean?  Yes the Fusion can add up once you select the more expensive trims, but the Fusion is selling more now then it did before.  It has already beaten the YTD in Canada for 2012, and we still have 2 months to go....  Size wise it really hasn't changed from the previous generation...
I don't compare Fusion through the years (presumably this new and the older version). Instead I'm saying "The most sold Ford cars now are the other, smaller duo Focus and Fiesta." Combined Taurus/Fusion duo is less sold then Focus/Fiesta tandem. It is obvious Canadian market shift to smaller Ford cars. All data is here:

I see what your saying.  But hasn't that always been the case?  The best selling car in Canada is the Civic?  Not the Camry like in the US?  We always buy more subcompacts and compacts.  I think the smaller Fords are selling better is because we didn't have a fun driving subcompact from Ford a few years ago.  And the previous Focus was just average.  Now we have the global version, with a hatchback.  So it's no surprise.

It is! Talking about Ford's cars in good all days when Taurus was #1 family car in US and the smaller Escort didn't over sold it!

Some of it with people going with smaller cars may have to do with fuel costs too, not just the car itself.
