Durham Car Salesman Sentenced on Fraud

An Ajax man has been sentenced to 60 days in jail for furnishing false information on a motor vehicle salesperson application, contrary to Section 32 (1 (a) of the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act (MVDA)

and this was applying for OMVIC stuff... who would actually hire the guy? no reference or background checks? he was not applying to be able to have a dealership, just to be a salesperson.

why only 60 days? legthy criminal past, current suspensions on his license, fraud happening now, refusal to show up to court.... put him in a van and drop him off in detroit... in the rough areas. sounds like he belongs there.
