Kind of misleading heading. It says "How to speed up your moped". Video only shows a moped going 140km/h.  Nothing telling us how he did it.  ::) ;)

Heh, it's all there. One of the most famous motorcycling pictures of all time is Rollie Free raising the motorcycle speed record to 242 km/hr in 1948 like this. Stripped off to his bathing suit after his leathers tore in the slipstream.
