Interesting...!

I'm looking forward to future innovations from the Infiniti + Mercedes marriage.

What does this mean for the current G though?  Will it continue on until the new model is released?  Will it stop production?

A G63 would certainly be rather awesome. But too low volume to make much sense from a biz perspective.

Come to think of it, a G (Geländewagen) 63 AMG would be too.

IMO, although the article mentioned chassis sharing, I have to think this has something to do with higher volume, lower displacement turbo motor of some type....something that will make the G25 less expensive and more powerful/efficient. I wonder what the next "Infiniti sound" will be?
You can't just have your characters announce how they feel.
That makes me feel angry!

In all honesty I hope this is all about Nissan/Infiniti showing MB how it's done and not the other way around.  Is Goshn planning to maybe eventually gobbling up MB, in other words Renault-Nissan-Daimler?
