That hill did not look very steep at all
Noticed that no one had black steelies on there cars
How many people did have really winter tires on their car?

The road probably turned to ice because everyone was spinning their tires

There must have been a layer of ice beneath the snow.

I am a bit surprised that the Jeep had so much trouble... unless it had one of the cheaper and nastier AWD systems.   As it looks as if the hill is not that steep and the people walking about don't seem to having much trouble

The Liberty did a nice job of parallel parking. :)

Wow.
That was nasty. You gotta wonder at the intelligence of the people just standing around while all these cars are sliding backwards at them.

Ice is some nasty stuff.

Auto body checking.   It's going to be a good year for body shops in that city.

Interesting, most of them slid with wheel lock.

That was crazy.  I did find it strange that someone would not have been standing on the top and bottom of the hill warning the other motorists of the impending carnage.

Was thinking the same thing.  Although, it looks like it was extreme and unusual conditions that caught people by surprise..

I don't remember seeing anything quite like that.. even during the icestorm?

I gathered from the narration that someone told the guy in the big pickup not to go up the hill, but he ignored them... Whoops.
