There is only one tip....DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE. 

How is this so difficult for some people to grasp.

+1 quadzilla

Here in BC they recently got a lot tougher on drinking and driving.  The limits are the same (dispite what some people think), they have just started enforcing them for a change.

It's amazing the whining I hear from people who have been drinking and driving for years and see nothing wrong with it.
