Yeesh. A co-worker of mine had a rancher boyfriend who didn't believe in seatbelts and got ejected like that when his pickup rolled on gravel. Survived, but smashed his pelvis pretty good. I can see exactly how in that video

yea...the seatbelt is less about preventing you from hitting the steering wheel (which is still important) and more about keeping you in the car...the centrifugal forces in a roll over are massive (way above what you can physically be capable of preventing an ejection).
