Peter failed to notice a recently installed Stop sign and got a ticket for not stopping.  He argued that there should have been a warning sign about the new Stop sign. Did he have a case?  Lawyer, Jordan Charness, advises.

Your friend Peter sounds like the perfect candidate for Fords new upcoming feature to be offered in the C-Max and 2012 Ford Focus "Traffic Sign Recognition" recognises traffic signs on the right or left side of the road and shows them in the driver's information display. Speed limits as well as overtaking signs are identified and can be indicated simultaneously in the cluster.
