Of course the real Cleveland promotional video is not much better.  It looks like they end up showing the same two or three cultural centres over and over, the same two streets and several places apparently well outside Cleveland.  Oh and the announcers voice is way over the top, as if to make up for a lack of real content perhaps?  Judge for yourself:
