I thought a tour around the shipwrecks in Tobermory-Manitoulin island was nice.
Elora gorge has fun tubing events. But I think it's too cold now.

We ended up doing Niagara Falls, Elora Gorge and a few other bits & bobs around St Jacobs etc.  We changed our minds about a day of driving after a heavy night...

Thanks for the suggestions though, I will look into a few of those myself.
