How to link web info to show in searches
« on: October 24, 2008, 12:38:37 pm »
I have a friend who has written several pieces of medical information and posted them on the internet. One is her blog and another is on Wiki. She has a very rare condition called OOKP, and was one of the first people to be treated for that.

How does she get her info to come up in a search engine, Google for instance. There must be a way to link it somehow?

Think of how other people would search for OOKP then make up a list of keywords.  First she probably should put OOKP in her page title.   Then liberally spring the keywords like OOKP in the body for her page.

Alternatively, she can pay Google for her OOKP to show up in the sponsor links.
