Topic: Ever seen Ferrari Enzo in real life?

I heard/know they are very rare.

Up until last Sunday, I've only heard of one existing in Calgary, didn't even know whether that were even true.

Then I saw it heading towards Calgary from Banff area, led by a Ferrar 348 cab and followed by 360 cab, 430, 430, lambo gallardo, 360 cab, 430, 355, 430 then lotus espirit v8tt.

Even though all these cars sounded awe-inspiring, (and lotus was screaming) the Enzo just stood out...  the rumble of the v12, even though it was just cruising, was reverberating all around.  Wow..  my jaw almost dropped.

My girl friend was commenting on how the enzo looked sweet and Transformer-ish.  then noted how all the Ferraris look feminine, and the lambo stood out looking square and masculine..    so I said, i will take the lambo if she ever buys me one.

Never saw an Enzo, the rarest new&modern Ferrari I've seen is an F40.

Two summers ago, I was headed to the Ferrari show as part of the Italian festival in Westdale, Hamilton.  Driving through Ancaster en route, a red Enzo drove past me in the opposite lanes.  It really is almost startling to see them on the road, they're so wild and different -- and of course the rosso paint helps. 

Ironically, once I got to the Ferrari show, I asked a few of the participants when the Enzo left and if he'd be back.  They all looked at me like I was insane and said "there was no Enzo here".  It was just a weird coincidence that I happened to see the Enzo the same day in the same area I guess.

The most magical sounding Ferrari I've heard though, is the 360 Challenge Stradale that was at that same show.  The race exhaust was so much louder -- what an incredible machine it was.

Saw one a couple of summers ago driving back from the cottage, followed it for a while on the 400.  Great looking car; driver had a great looking female companion with him too.

F360.    But as compensation, as I was admiring said F360, none other than a Carerra GT arrived and parked behind it.  What a sound...

I saw an Enzo in Calgary a while - just as ugly as pictures seem to indicate.

I've seen an Enzo once in the downtown TO financial core. The second sighting was once in the driveway of some guy that lives up the road from a friend with a place on Mississauga road. A LOT of road presence.

That aside have seen a TON of exotics in the underground parking lots of 1st Canadian Place, TD Tower, etc in the downtown area. Includes Maybachs, Carrera GTs, 911 GT2s, Murcielago, lot of Gallardos, 360 Modenas, a 355, a Ferrari 612 and a 550 Marenello...

People have way too much money..

I was in a tunnel under the track at Le Mans when a challenge stradale came through in first gear, then he nailed it, then I went deaf.
