Good article.

Shouldn’t the ZR-1 be compared to the Enzo and Carrera GT, instead of the 599 and GT2?

The Corvette is always a bargain. I don’t know if I’d be able to stomach spending $106,000 for a Corvette, especially since it doesn’t look that much different than a Z06. But what an amazing machine and it’s got Enzo/FXX Carbon Ceramic brakes. It won almost every category. :thumbup: :thumbup:

The GT-R is pretty damn amazing. It pretty much matched the 599 in lap times. 58.0 599 vs 58.1 for the GT-R, amazing piece of kit.

Almost every review I’ve read/seen about the GT2 complain about it’s snap oversteer when the turbos kick in. Looks like it’s going to be the new “widow maker”!

Very cool...I'll take take the 599.

(Wait!  I don't have $400k...dammit all)

I guess I'll take the ZR-1.

(Oops.  Don't have $150k either.)


Very impressive performance from the Vette, but expected given it's credentials.  Agree with the reviewer (as I know you do too, Vman) that they really should have splurged $5k more on a nicer interior.  What's $105k vs. $110k anyways :P
