Not that anyone really cares, but I think the Lancer is the best looking entry-level compact sedan available in North America.

I care Scaerio...although perhaps because I agree with you!

The Lancer if very Alfaesque in and out (complete with the twin binnacle instrument panel).

If there's no manual...no thanks...

Great looking car just like the EVO. The driveline is a direct competitor to the WRX and now we sit here waiting for pricing to see how aggressive Mitsu will be in the Canadian market. I just wish Mitsu would make a Lancer hatch.

You'll be able to get it if you move to Europe. IIRC this would be the Euro Ralliart.

Are we not a constitutional monarchy with Queen Elizabeth II ?  ;) perhaps we should write her Majesty a letter..  :)

  It's like the Lancer sedan (which I love), but better.  It even looks nice in silver...  it MUST be good!

It's absolutely gorgeous. I'm hoping they will re-incarnate the sportback as well. 2.4 l is actually a good choice if it helps to pin the tag down.

Does anyone else like this? A hatchback Ralliart? I could only hope Mitsu will bring it over here in few years.

??? The date on that link is today's and they've only got sketches?

The actual pictures I posted above aren't all that new. Autoblog is way behind the curve on this one.

Nice looking vehicle.  Like the dash.  Notice the instrument cluster above the steering wheel? Looks rather phalic. :)

Looks like Caliber SRT-4 will be in trouble!

Well, transmission-wise, SST is nice, but I do wish my left foot can have some... motions. Look for racing transmission with real manual thing in Japan anytime soon. (Keep an eye on HKS or TRUST; I think they are likely to build one... even for Evo X)
