Call them and ask?  I would assume that, since there's no local Infiniti dealer, the Nissan dealership would/could cover warranty issues.  Hell, my local dealer is Infiniti/Nissan.

It's not like they don't have the tools/parts.

Local Nissan dealer here in Sudbury will sell you an Infinity if you want.
