Yup, that is in Hong Kong.

MSRP should be HK$800,000 ~ CAD$100,000 on the road.
Since these are "water goods" = (grey market vehicles, being imported by third party dealers instead of Nissan), their asking price is HK$1,200,000 ~ CAD$150,000!!!

Yup that's a +50% premium above MSRP!!!  ;D
I last heard 40 sold/pre-orders already.
