I have decided that once my finances are stable, rather than eventually getting a $250 000 condo, I will get a $100 000 condo in Hull, and get a loan for $150 000 to buy one of these babies.  Life is short, resources are limited.  Having your priorities is order is crucial.  ;D

Why not buy a $200 000 condo, and invest $50k in the lottery?  With those odds, you can't lose!   :rofl2:

Thats the way to live, go for it!!

Saw a nice silver one downtown Tallinn yesterday, they really are beautiful (eye catching) and for $150,000 IMO it is a very
reasonable price for this segment.
