Nice; I love how 997s drive! Just modern enough. Recently spent time in a 996.2 4S and it's just not quite the same.

Curious if you saw this one? It's a very nice spec. https://www.autotrader.ca/a/porsche/911/vaughan/ontario/5_62785094_20090806102017371/?modalXS=1

I did see that one, it's been up for sale for at least 4 months now. I reached out to them to work out a trade deal on my SLK, but it never went anywhere. And honestly I think that car is a bit overpriced. It has an accident claim on the CarFax, which isn't a huge deal, but still it's there, and then the maintenance history really isn't available on it. Being a 2005 it would likely need the IMS bearing changed, unless there was proof of it being done, but again, no history.

I was working a deal on this one, had the PPI arranged & shipping figured out, but the owner wasn't being too negotiable, and on top of that he was doing a "convenience trade" for it at a Toyota dealership, so I was getting screwed on the taxes even worse. And it's been up for sale for at least 5 months - https://www.autotrader.ca/a/porsche/911/conception%20bay%20south/newfoundland%20and%20labrador/19_12866901_/?showcpo=ShowCpo&ncse=no&orup=15_44_45&sprx=-1

Was speaking to the owner of this one, before he traded it in and didn't have time to arrange the PPI beforehand. He was originally asking $58k, but by the time I was speaking to him, he was down to $46k, which was still more than the dealership was giving him - https://www.autotrader.ca/a/porsche/911/laval/quebec/5_63333268_ct20031121114059950/?showcpo=ShowCpo&ncse=no&ursrc=hl&orup=42_44_45&sprx=-1

And then there were a few off FB Marketplace as well, one in Calgary, but it had a sketchy borescope results. Another in Vancouver as well, but the guy never got back to me with the history on it.

Thanks guys.

Here are some (sorta) better interior pictures after I cleaned it up yesterday. Got new floor mats on order as the driver's one is worn down a bit.

A little trip down to the US today to pick up a few items I had shipped to the UPS store. Installed the roof racks while down there. And went to a distillery and got a flight of spirits
