Hi Everyone!! :)

Click on http://www.vtec.net/news/news-item?news_item_id=412607 to see what the 2006 Acura CSX will look like. [with a few differences of course - like the steering wheel being on the LEFT side and not the RIGHT!!] Not too shabby - if you ask me!!  ;D

The CSX replaces the Acura EL. [in case you didn't know]

Huh? Aside from the front and back lights, how is it different from our NA-bound Civic? I thought the next gen CSX is supposed to be more of a 4-door RSX instead of a rebadged and dolled-up Civic?

isn't that body about the same as the '06 north american civic sedan?  Lights and minor details differ, but it looks about the same.

What did you guys expect?  It's going to get the JDM exteriour and interiour upgrades, but it's the same civic at heart...

What did you think, they would import a Euro-civic for our peanuts market?  F*ck no.  They're going to follow the same plan that's worked for a decade - Minor exteriour and interiour tweaks to the CDN-spec civic and sell it with upgraded amenities for a better-then-average profit margin.

Honda will be building this alongside the civic in Ont, so I am willing to bet it comes with the same 1.8L...

Canadian market is large enough to swallow many cars that are exclusive to us. B-Class, X-Trail and Smart For2.

Actually it has a 2.0L with 155 hp...

as the ex-owner of a RHD car the mind boggles that non-postal woker people would actually want RHD over LHD
