Need a step-by-step guide of importing car from states (WA) to Vancouver, contacts, addresses, etc.

Well, the profile says "Xnoff" is unemployed so should have lots of time for the required research. I doubt anyone on here has that info at their fingertips and would just have to do the same research as poster should do for him/herself. Just my opinion..
