That's what I was thinking. Cool concept but how exactly is this going to save the world from global warming? It'd be nice to think in 10 years time there will be an affordable EV with 500 miles of range, AWD, and a 0-60 of under 3 seconds for under $40,000 CAD.
I've been thinking that for a while. In Europe there's more affordable choices. Reminds me of early adoption of ICE cars, it wasn't until Henry Ford, that ICE Cars become affordable, the next Henry Ford, will be the Chinese, if and when they arrived with cheap electric cars. I want to able to buy E-car for a realistic 20 grand, with at least 500 miles of range. Then I think more people would lease or buy them.
