For what it worth

Google translate (I feel lazy)
"Nissan has yet to release pricing for its Ariya, but it is specified that it will be eligible for government incentives, implying the possibility that the starting price will be under $ 45,000. Pre-order will begin in January."

So either we're getting a stripper with a Leaf battery, or Americans are getting screwed (for once).

.. or "batteries not included"  :P

I am surprised that no car maker I heard of offers a battery leasing plan. It would make so much sense.

It looks great in dark blue. At 46k USD starting price though they better hope lease rates will be competitive. $59,999 for AWD in Canada, or more?
